Campbelltown Home Support Program

The Campbelltown Home Support Program provides assistance to residents of Campbelltown City Council area who are:

  • Frail aged or at risk - who are unable to maintain the health and safety requirements of their home due to moderate or severe disabilities or lack of family support; and
  • Younger people with a disability.

Services include:

Minor home maintenance
Addressing safety and security issues
Domestic assistance
Centre-based care and social support
Volunteer based transport service for disadvantaged people needing to go to healthcare appointments
Shopping with a volunteer
Gardening

Client contribution is applicable to some of the above.
