We believe that we are designed for closeness in relationships but that we need to feel safe in order to get close.
 
We work with individuals, couples and families. We want to help people to heal, to overcome bad habits, to explore new directions and deepen relationships.
We will work to save or restore troubled marriages but recognise that this is not always possible.
 

We use a variety of ways to help people get in touch with whats going on inside, such as talking, symbols and sandtray, visualisation, pictures and cards. Our work is based on a number of models of counselling, but mainly Emotionally Focussed Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
