In most instances, yes, we can. We provide an opportunity for you to explore the difficulties you may experience in your relationship. Our counsellors will assist you and will help you to deal with them constructively. Our aim is to build a support system for all the parties involved. The time this takes varies from case to case. The length and frequency of sessions is negotiated between you and the counsellor.

Who can benefit?

Anyone who's moving into, involved in a relationship or adjusting to life after a relationship has ended.

Counselling about a relationship is more helpful when both partners are present, however, you can come by yourself if your partner is unwilling to attend. Grandparents or extended families may also be
involved, if necessary.
