Wuchopperen Health Service Limited (WHS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service delivering primary health care to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Cairns and surrounding areas. From 1 July 2006, WHS assumed responsibility for the delivery of primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Mount Isa and surrounding communities.
