Grace OT provides specialised services within the Commercial injury prevention & management arena to insurers, small to large business owners, corporates & service providers. As Workplace Safety & Access Specialists, Grace OT aims to facilitate injury prevention & wellness programs to minimise the cost of injury to businesses & individuals. Grace OT aslo provides a range of rehabilitation assessments to assist with the safe return to work of injured employees including; Functional Capacity Evaluations, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic Workstation Assessment & Workplace Assessments.

Grace OT also aims to enable participation and facilitate a maximum level of functional independence for people that may be experiencing age-related illness, disability or orthopaedic injury. Home modifications & equipment prescriptions services are provided to assist people increase their independence & safety. Through the Home & Falls Prevention Program, Grace OT can assist with your home modification project and coordinate it to completion, enabling you to maximise your independence & remain in your own home.

We Aim:

1. To minimise the incidence and financial cost of workplace injuries & illness through injury prevention and early intervention strategies and increase vocational participation of clients that may have sustained a workplace injury.
2. Provide specialised manual handling & exercise programs to reduce the risk of workplace injury.
3. Addressing the needs of our aging work force by providing health education, ergonomic assessment and exercise to improve balance & coordination to minimise the risk of workplace falls.
4. Facilitate Home Minor Modifications & Falls Prevention Programs to increase independence and assist people to remain safe and at home.
5. Provide solutions for Home Access and coordinate the completion of Major Home Modifications to assist the aging population and people with a disability remain in their home.  
6. Maximise the functional independence of our aging population or people with a disability or injury with performing their day to day activities.  
7. Educate the local aging community on falls prevention and safer home environments to reduce the prevalence of falls within the home environment.
