Physiotherapy uses a rounded approach in the prevention, diagnosis and therapeutic management of spinal and joint disorders. It is concerned with maximizing mobility and quality of life.

Physiotherapists have a wide scope of practice including the acute care of injuries, for example neck and sporting conditions, through to rehabilitation following surgery or bony fracture. Physiotherapists often have an educational role in injury prevention and occupational health and safety.

At Brighton Spinal Group all physiotherapists are members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and have areas of special interest and expertise including manipulation and manual therapy, Pilates, exercise prescription and gym based rehabilitation.
