I believe that therapy offers people the chance to reflect on life and make changes.  Sometimes the changes are dramatic.  Sometimes they’re small but profound, like understanding and acceptance.  Above all, therapy should be a safe and supportive environment where you can be yourself.

All psychologists in the Practice are trained to assess, diagnose & treat depression and anxiety including panic attacks, phobias, social phobia, O.C.D., P.T.S.D. We also do general counselling including couple therapy, separation/divorce, self-esteem building, eating disorders, grief and life transitions.
