Meridian Therapy | Japanese Acupuncture | Manaka Protocols  Herbal Medicine

Meridian therapy and japanese acupuncture strategies are a very gentle form of therapy. The approach to the body is always to strengthen the individual's constitution.

  • Acupuncture: Involves the shallow insertion of very fine, sterile, disposable needles into specific points. These needles are finer than human hair and their insertion is often not felt.
  • Acupressure: Using the pressure of the hands, rather than needles on the meridian points, good for those who prefer a softer approach.
  • Moxibustion: A lovely warming therapy, used to treat points or areas of the body that have become cold. It can be extremely effective for removing 'a chill' or for restoring vitality when the body is deficient
  •  Auricular Therapy: The practice of using points on the ear that parallel points on the body.         Non-invasive and effective
  • Cupping & Guasha: Are manual therapies that clear areas of Qi and blood stagnation, using glass cups and ceramic spoons.
  • Herbal Medicines: Used in granulated, powdered or capsulated form, these are plant and mineral substances taken in varying combinations for restoring the internal balance of the body. TGA Approved: ChinaMed, SunTen, Red Peony and Herbright.
  • Massage: Generally an integral component of a treatment, to encourage Qi flow in the meridians and the relaxation of the muscles.
  •  Nutritional Advice: Dietary advice using the diagnostic principles of TEAM to ensure nourishment and nutrition that's right for your body.
