Most of a typical homeopath's caseload consists of chronic or recurrent conditions such as eczema, rheumatoid arthritis, fatigue disorders, asthma, migraine, menstrual problems, irritable bowel syndrome, recurrent upper respiratory or urinary tract infections, and mood disorders.
Homeopaths also treat a substantial number of patients with ill-defined illness that has not been given a conventional diagnosis. An example of this is when a patient feels ill, but all subsequent tests and investigations indicate that nothing is wrong.
Many parents prefer their children to be treated for common childhood illnesses and infections with treatments that are natural, non-toxic, and safe. Homeopathy is also safely used in pregnancy.
Commonly treated conditions include:
- Digestive disorders
- Hormonal imbalances
- Respiratory disorders
- Circulatory problems
- Joint problems
- Skin conditions
- Recurrent infections
- Stress-related problems
- Anxiety, depression, grief Chronic conditions
- Behavioural problems
Practice location is in South Melbourne.
