Your dedicated practitioner provides holistic healthcare, for people of all ages through Holistic Kinesiology, Sports Kinesiology, Counselling and Astrology

We can assist you with the treatment of emotional concerns such as stress, anxiety, fear, grief, depression, low self esteem/ confidence and physical concerns which can include (but are not limited to) pain relief, weight problems, low energy levels, pain, sleep disorders, digestive disorders etc.

We value our clients physical and emotional wellbeing and continuously strive to help you to acheive vibrant, active and fulfilling lives. As a Vibrant Living client you will be treated holistically as the unique individual that you are. It is our aim to make sure that you feel supported in your journey with us.

You can expect to be treated with care and discretion in an open, non-judgemental environment by an experienced, caring practitioner. We make sure that your appointments start and finish on time and that you fully understand all information that arises during your session and procedures we use. We will also make sure that you are provided with adequate support in the form of exercises and/or simple tasks that you can carry out at home between visits.

It is our mission to help you break free from pain, illness and limiting beliefs and behaviours so that you can achieve and maintain a state of vibrant health and happiness.

Kinesiology is the only therapy designed to work with the physical manifestations of emotional concerns through a combination of techniques including Muscle Testing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, Holistic Counselling, Astrology and Nutritional medicine.

Intitial session 90 minutes $130.00

Follow up sessions 60 minutes $90.00
