Sydney Central Therapies
Massage is becoming more and more of a necessity with our busy lifestyles. Working long hours at a desk or in front of a computer, driving a car, sport and exercise can all lead to muscluar problems that massage can help resolve. Aches and pains, injuries, stress, cramps and headaches can all be allieviated by this style of treatment
Pete Malicki has been a professional massage therapist for 7½ years. He has worked as a workplace masseur, a chiropractor’s assistant and a clinical therapist. His understanding of the human body comes from his studies and professional experience as well as from years of martial arts, cycling, soccer, running, rock climbing, and also computer work. As a therapist, his approach is to find a long-term solution to existing problems by combining treatments with advice on posture, stretching and lifestyle.
We are also pleased to be offering nutritional services. Our dietitian, Michelle Tabrett, has been practising for several years in both Sydney and the United States and is interested in helping people with any diet-related needs. She is passionate about weight control (weight loss, weight gain) and assisting those with special dietary concerns.
