The company was formed in 2009 as a result of a merger between Success Cycle, owned by Suzee Brain, and Food Changes, owned by Kate Poulter.  Collectively, the two firms had been providing expert food advice for over 15 years.

As well as operational advisory services, Brain & Poulter has been the food consultant behind many of Australia’s most advanced food planning concepts including preparing the masterplans for Southgate, Cockle Bay Wharf, The Pier – Cairns, Sydney International Airport, Westfield Bondi Junction Level 5, Rouse Hill, QV Melbourne, Westpoint Blacktown, Penrith Plaza (now Westfield Penrith) & Canberra Centre.

Measuring our performance last year, we averaged an increase to the asset value of $400 for every $1 invested with us on professional fees. An excellent return in anyone’s portfolio.
