The White Rose Centre is an extension of White Rose Psychology, a successful and reputable Psychology Practice located in the Penrith CBD area.

The proprietor, Rachael Haynes, discovered that there is a shortage of high quality, affordable serviced offices within Penrith.  Also a small business owner, Rachael began to assist other professionals by providing office hire.

More recently, Rachael has refurbished The White Rose Centre, as a way to continue to assist other small business owners.
