AIMS Incident Management 

The AIMS is an incident management system used by hundreds of Australian hospitals, as well as sites in South Africa, New Zealand and the United States, to capture and analyze patient and staff incidents, risk information and complaints.

AIMS is an on-demand application to help healthcare organizations reduce harm and cost by providing insight into how and why things go wrong. By adding powerful new analytics to the world renowned AIMS classification, users overcome a common problem in incident management – getting useful, actionable data out.

Expanded analytical capability includes the addition of a fully integrated business intelligence (BI) and data visualisation tool. A dynamic data warehouse has been added to enable near-time data access without disruption to system performance. The data warehouse is accessed via the built-in BI tool or via third party tools.
