Southern Cross Care (Vic) Home Care Services offer support to people living in their own home who need some extra assistance with daily tasks.

Our Home Care Service provides a range of basic maintenance and support services including domestic assistance such as house cleaning, laundry and meal preparation; personal care; respite care; and general home and garden maintenance.

Each client has a Care Manager who will oversee their services to ensure that their needs are appropriately met. Care Managers will also 'match' the client with an experienced Home Care Worker.

SCC (Vic) offers home care in the Barwon/South West, Eastern, Gippsland, Grampians, Northern, Southern (including Mornington), and Western regions.

SCC (Vic) also offers Home and Community Care (HACC) through the City of Melbourne and Nillumbik Shire Council.

SCC (Vic) Home Care Service meets internationally recognised quality standards and has current AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
