Administrative Support Officer - Portland Mental Health

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled, competent and motivated person to undertake a casual role providing administrative support to the Portland Mental Health Service.

The successful applicant would need to be able to provide ongoing casual support to the Department on an ‘as needs’ basis with the ability to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Applicants will require excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, together with expertise in using Microsoft and IT applications.

The successful applicant will be required to consent to and undergo a Police Record Check and provide evidence of current Immunisation status in alignment with South West Healthcare’s Immunisation Policy.
