Pharmacy Technician

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the casual Pharmacy Technician position within South West Healthcare’s Pharmacy Department.

The successful applicant will complement and assist the pharmacists, and other pharmacy technicians, as well as attending to duties such as dispensing of prescriptions, stock control and replenishment of ward areas, tablet packing (including dosettes) and some ward duties.

It is expected that applicants will have completed a Pharmacy Technician/Dispensary Assistant course approved by the Pharmacy Board of Victoria.

The successful applicant will be required to consent to and undergo a Police Record Check and provide evidence of current Immunisation status in alignment with South West Healthcare’s Immunisation Policy.
