Business Development Manager
Reporting to the Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for building effective relationships with key decision makers in both new and established client bases, to identify opportunities and build BSRM’s business in the Health Care Industry and to maximize current and future sales.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop, negotiate, implement, and evaluate agreements in accordance with established guidelines with targeted strategic accounts.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic relationships.
- Obtain, interpret and communicate strategic information to the principal BSRM.
- Ensure competitive strategies are current including the recommendation and implementation of strategies to address and respond to competition.
- Uphold the recognised credibility and integrity of BSRM.
- Participate in product launches and presentations at national and regional meetings and conferences to increase market penetration.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate at an industry level as-well as the capability to develop a strong awareness of the services offered by BSRM and their applicability within the Health Care Industry.
An analytical, articulated, organised, self-starter, with an understanding of the Health Care Industry at a practice level would be best suited for this role. You will also be capable of effectively communicating value propositions and developing and maintaining long-term profitable relationships.
