DIRECTOR OF NURSING
(Children's Hospital)

International candidates are invited to apply for the DIRECTOR OF NURSING position in Doha, Qatar. The position is available at a Children's hospital which is part of a Medical Corporation which is government funded and provides 95% of healthcare in Qatar through a network of hospitals.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide leadership in the implementation and evaluation of the Nursing and Allied Health Clinical Education-related projects. This Position will work closely with nursing and Allied health staff to ensure the required resources for education related deliverables are identified and available and support the Clinical education needs and expected project timelines.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.

Master Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred

EXPERIENCE:

Clinical and administrative practice with a minimum of 5 years' experience in health care management and 2 years' experience in clinical related specialty.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing clinical education programs in an academic health sciences Centre setting
