Enrolled Nurse Collaborative Graduate Program

The Enrolled Nurse – Collaborative Graduate Program is a formalised education program for those in their first year of practice, is workplace based and is designed to consolidate knowledge, skills and competence, and transition new Enrolled Nurses to practice in acute settings as safe, confident and accountable professionals. Applicants must have completed their studies within the last 12 months and be currently registered with AHPRA.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• An Enrolled Nurse holding a current Registration Certificate as required by the Nurses Board of Victoria, who has recently graduated within the last 6 months
• Respect for diversity in values, customs and beliefs
• Demonstrate a commitment to safe patient centred care
• Demonstrate ability to promote a safe working environment and safe work practices to minimise risk
• Motivated to ongoing education, skills development and reflective practice
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
• Demonstrate ability to accept and respond positively to constructive feedback
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literacy.

Depending on rotation, applicants must be prepared to work at either the Camperdown or Warrnambool campus.

The successful applicants will be required to consent to and undergo a Police Record Check and provide evidence of current immunisation status in alignment with South West Healthcare’s Immunisation Policy.
