The Soulful Woman
We believe there’s a quiet revolution happening in women’s self care. Women are starting to take radical responsibility for their healing, regeneration, and wellbeing. Through tending to our own self-care and nurturing we can begin to feel rejuvenated and motivated again. From this place of self-love and self-renewal, creativity and inspiration blossoms once more.
The Soulful Woman supports women in addressing the imbalances around giving and receiving that many experience in their lives. We offer retreats, workshops, and coaching to assist women in believing in and following their deepest desires, passions, and dreams, and to activate their own self-healing. This is what enlivens us and connects us all.
