24-hour Telephone Counselling 13 11 14

 

Our comprehensively trained and supervised volunteer counsellors provide a vital 24-hour, 7-days a week, state-wide Telephone Counselling Service to all Western Australians for the cost of a local call.

Caller issues include people with:
• Suicidal ideation
• Depressed mood
• Relationship issues
• Trauma
• Mental health issues
• Addictive behaviours.

Individuals, Couples & Families Counselling Service
Lifeline WA's subsidised Counselling Service is provided by a team of professionally trained counsellors. People receive counselling assistance for a wide range of issues. Appointments are available during the day or after hours and session fees are charged on a sliding scale according to household income.

Dads@Lifeline
The unique service provides support to fathers and their children after separation or bereavement. Several hundred fathers and their children are assisted annually. Many of the dads report positive outcomes as a result of the program's holistic approach to their personal situations and issues.
