Al-Anon Family Groups is a fellowship for family members and friends of alcoholics.
- The Al-Anon/Alateen website lists local groups nation-wide. Groups in Australia are working through the Australian General Service Office and District and Assembly Areas.
- The organisation produces a number of publications, including The Forum magazine and the Austra-Link, Al-Anon and Alateen newsletters.
- The recovery program is similar to the Alcoholics Anonymous program and is based on the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions, and Twelve Concepts. Al-Anon sponsors Alateen, a program for young people.
- Al-Anon is present in over 110 countries around the world.
