The Resource Centre offers a welcoming and safe environment for women to seek out information and support either individually or by participating in one of BreaCan's group programs or information sessions. Trained volunteers, staff the resource centre alongside Information and Support Officers. The volunteers, each with a personal history or experience caring for a loved one, are able to discuss a range of emotional and practical issues related to a cancer diagnosis.

The majority of information sessions and group programs are conducted at the Resource Centre. The Centre also houses a large collection of books, DVDs, CDs and pamphlets on cancer, health and well-being. Women and their families are welcome to browse or borrow from the collection.
