Don Williams

B.Sc., M.Chiro., ICSSD., PG Dip. NMS Rehabilitation, Cert. DNS.

Member: SMA, FICS, CEA.

Don Williams has worked and studied internationally in rehabilitation and sports injury management. His career development in healthcare was triggered by an injury in a motor vehicle accident. He was a triathlete at the time. The misdiagnosis and mismanagement saw him requiring extensive spinal surgery and rehabilitation. This inspired and motivated him to help others and develop excellence in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal disorders.

Don has completed in-depth studies and lectured in rehabilitation around the country at various institutions, including the Griffith School of Medicine on the Gold Coast, and CQU Chiropractic School in Brisbane.

The development of Institute of Sports and Spines is the culmination of many years competing and working in and around the sports and rehabilitation arena.

The facility at Carina aims to provide health care for a spectrum of musculoskeletal issues and disorders. Our aim is to offer services from assessment, diagnosis and testing of both athletes and the general public; clinical management and hands on treatment of injuries and aches and pains; as well as to provide an extensive rehabilitation gym to help people through training issues, sporting injuries and post operative rehabilitation programs.

Our team look forward to assist you.
