Consultant Haematologist

Dr Craig Wallington-Beddoe graduated with a medical degree from the University of Sydney in 2001. He undertook postgraduate clinical and laboratory haematology training at The Prince of Wales and Westmead Hospitals leading to fellowships of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) in 2010.

He later undertook PhD studies in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and held a senior position with Sonic Healthcare.

In 2013 Dr Craig Wallington moved to Adelaide  to undertake post-doctoral research at the Centre for Cancer Biology, University of South Australia, having been awarded a NHMRC fellowship to fund his research interests in lymphoid malignancies.

Dr Wallington currently holds a consultant haematologist appointment at Flinders Medical Centre where he admits and treats public patients and also has private practices at Flinders Private Hospital (Southern Haematology SA) and Summit Health Centre, Mount Barker (Adelaide Hills Haematology).

Dr Wallington sees all patients with haematological conditions ranging from benign to malignant. His clinical and ongoing research interests include lymphoproliferative disorders, including multiple myeloma, lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.
