Thyroid disorders in neonates and children. Type 1 and 2 diabetes in children and adolescents. Short stature and other disorders of growth and puberty, Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), pituitary and adrenal disorders.


A/Prof Michelle Jack is a Paediatric Endocrinologist in Private Practice in Northwest Sydney. She graduated from the University of QLD with first class honours and the University Gold Medal in 1991.

She has been at the Royal North Shore Hospital since 2001 in roles including Head of Department and Senior Staff Specialist in Paediatric Endocrinology. She has previously worked at Nepean and Gosford Hospitals in Sydney and at the Royal and Mater Children's Hospitals in Brisbane.

She has extensive research experience, completing a PhD through the University of Queensland in 2003 and is a Clinical Associate Professor in Paediatric Endocrinology in the Northern Clinical School, University of Sydney. She has chaired the adolescent health committee for the Northern Sydney Local Health District and has had numerous roles within the Australasian Paediatric Endocrine Group. She volunteers her time as a Director of Hope2day, a not for profit organisation,
