Travellers Aid Australia


Travellers Aid Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that provides vital travel-related support for to people with disabilities and other travellers in need in Melbourne.

Its services include a comfortable lounge area, public transport information, internet access to the general public, free access to accessible bathrooms, personal care assistance, mobility equipment hire and friendly Client Support Officers. Specialist services are also available for travellers to ensure everyone is able to participate in their everyday lives. Volunteer companions can accompany people to medical appointments in Melbourne.

Travellers Aid Australia is located at Flinders Street Station and Southern Cross Station. Tourists, seniors, people with a disability and the general public are welcome to visit during opening hours.
